VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR BALI, INDONESIA

It is important to also note the following:
• The Visa on Arrival is non-extendable and cannot be converted into a different visa.
• The Visa purchasing system will take approximately 3-5 minutes per applicant.
• There are 6 payment counters, a bank and a money changer set up to process payments.
• Once you have paid for and received your visa you will need to proceed to Immigration where your visa will be processed.

Citizens of countries not on the visa on arrival or visa free lists will be required to apply for a visa before entering Indonesia.

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into Indonesia, and you must have proof of onward passage (either return or through tickets). If you cannot fulfill both of these requirements, you may not be allowed to enter the country.

VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR BALI 2005

New visa requirements for Indonesia will come into force on August 1st, 2005. This includes many more Countries who will be eligible to receive Visa on Arrival in Indonesia. Please see below how this affects you:

1. Citizens holding passports from the following countries do NOT require Visa’s for entry into Indonesia to participate in the WTA Tour Wismilak International Bali:
Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Brunei, Philippines, Hong Kong (SAR), Macao (SAR), Chili, Morocco, Peru & Vietnam

2. Citizens holding passports from the following countries will require a Visa for entry into Indonesia. However, the countries listed below are eligible to receive ‘Visa on Arrival’ and there will be a US$25 charge. This is the easiest and most straight forward way to obtain your Visa and we recommend this method

Australia, Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Luxemburg, Maldives, Norway, New Zealand, Oman, Portugal, Poland, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Switzerland, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States of America, United Arab Emirates

3. All Citizens holding passports not falling into either category of item 1, & item 2, above will be required to apply for a Visa before departure to Indonesia

4. Important information for all participating Players, & Coaches. Please apply for a SOCIAL/CULTURE VISA and NOT a Working Visa. This has been cleared with Indonesia Immigration Department.

5. For a letter of invitation and required details please see attached notice.

Visa on Arrival & No Visa Required
Citizens of countries who do Not require a Visa and citizens of countries who are eligible to receive ‘Visa on Arrival’ in Indonesia and who are participating in the Wismilak International Bali 2005 Do Not require a letter of invitation.

Visa Required
Only participating players, coaches and guests holding Passports from countries who are Not eligible for ‘Visa on Arrival’ or who do Not require a Visa to enter Indonesia are required to apply for a Visa prior to leaving for Indonesia and will require a letter of invitation

In order to make this requirement as smooth as possible you will require a letter of invitation from the Tournament. The invitation letter will require the following personal details : (you can fill this form or click here to downlod print version)
